Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service possible and ensure fairness for all customers, we ask that you review and follow our cancellation guidelines below. Appointments/Services Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a (50% of the service fee). No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us, you may be charged the full service fee. Events/Workshops Full Refund: Cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. Partial Refund: Cancellations within 3–6 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. Subscriptions Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase.
